The inSIG fellow portal at app.insig.in and all information provided through it are offered by inSIG (India School on Internet Governance) on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Program Information

Agenda, venue, travel guidance, and other program details may change. inSIG tries to keep the Portal accurate but does not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Please rely on official announcements and organiser communications for final decisions.

3. Travel Disclaimer

inSIG is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense that occurs while you are travelling to, from, or during the inSIG program, whether you are a local, national, or international fellow.

This includes, without limitation, losses or damages arising from:

• Natural calamities, severe weather, or force majeure events.
• Accidents, illness, crime, or third-party conduct.
• Transport cancellations, strikes, or infrastructure failures.
• Financial losses, including missed connections, unused tickets, or accommodation costs.

You are responsible for your own travel arrangements, insurance, visa compliance, and personal safety. Travel information you submit through the Portal is used for logistics support only and does not create a duty of care beyond reasonable program coordination.

4. User-Submitted Content

Meet and greet profiles and other fellow-submitted content reflect the views of individual fellows. inSIG does not endorse user content or third-party links (such as LinkedIn profiles).

5. Portal Availability

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Portal. Maintenance, outages, or technical issues may occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, inSIG and its organisers, volunteers, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Portal or participation in the program.
